GENERAL INFORMATION
These purchase rules establish the conditions for the purchase of goods, payment, delivery, returns, and other relationships when purchasing from the online stores managed by UAB "Lulata" at www.lula.lt and www.lulata.eu.

The Buyer is a natural or legal person purchasing goods from the online store. The Consumer is a natural person purchasing goods for personal, family, or household needs not related to business or professional activities.
APPLICATION OF THE RULES
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these purchase rules, the privacy policy, and, where applicable, the return policy.
These rules become binding on the Buyer and the Seller from the moment the order is placed.
The Seller has the right to update these rules. The version of the rules applicable to the order is the one that was in effect at the time the order was placed.
If any provision of these rules becomes invalid, the other provisions remain in effect.
ASSORTMENT AND INFORMATION OF GOODS
The store may sell baby and children's clothing, 3D printed products, wooden products, personalized gifts, home goods, toys, accessories, and other items.
The product images are illustrative, but we strive to ensure they accurately reflect the product. Colours on the screen may vary slightly due to device settings, lighting, or photography conditions.
Handmade, wooden, personalized, or 3D printed products may have minor individual differences. 3D printed products may exhibit layer lines, slight surface irregularities, or other technological characteristics, provided they do not hinder the use of the product and the product meets the description.
If a product is made or prepared to order, the production or preparation time may be indicated in the product description. This time is added to the delivery time unless otherwise specified.

PLACING AN ORDER
The Buyer can place an order by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and following the order steps indicated in the store.
To complete the order, the Buyer must provide accurate information: name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address or selected parcel machine, and other information necessary for the order.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. If the goods cannot be delivered or additional costs are incurred due to incorrect information, these costs may be borne by the Buyer to the extent permitted by law.
An order is considered placed when the Buyer confirms the order in the store. The order is initiated upon receipt of payment or confirmation from the payment service provider if prepayment is selected.
The information of the placed order is sent to the email specified by the Buyer.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices indicated in the store are presented in euros, including the applicable VAT at that time, unless otherwise specified.
The delivery cost is indicated separately at the time of the order, before confirming the order.
Payment for goods can be made using the payment methods provided in the store, which may include:
- electronic banking and other payment methods processed by MakeCommerce / Maksekeskus AS;
- bank transfer, if such a method is enabled;
- other payment methods indicated in the store.
Payments may be processed by MakeCommerce / Maksekeskus AS or other payment service providers. The Buyer may be subject to the terms of the selected payment service provider.
If due to a technical error the price of the goods or other essential information was clearly indicated incorrectly, the Seller has the right to contact the Buyer to correct the error. If the Buyer does not agree to purchase under the corrected conditions, the order is cancelled and the amounts paid are refunded.
DELIVERY
The goods are delivered by the method chosen by the Buyer and provided in the store.
Available delivery methods may include:
- delivery to Omniva parcel machines;
- delivery to LP Express / Unisend parcel machines;
- courier delivery;
- other delivery methods indicated in the store.
The delivery methods, prices, and terms are provided at the time of the order. They may vary depending on the country, delivery location, product size, weight, cart total, and selected delivery service.
The goods are usually delivered within the time specified in the store or at the time of the order. If the product is made to order, personalized, or 3D printed, the delivery time starts from the end of the product preparation, unless otherwise specified.
The Seller strives to deliver the goods on time, but the delivery time may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control: the work of delivery service providers, holiday periods, inaccurate Buyer data, production load, force majeure, or other objective reasons.
The Buyer must collect the parcel within the time set by the delivery service provider. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to the Seller, the costs of re-shipping may be borne by the Buyer, unless prohibited by law.
Upon receiving the parcel, check that the packaging is not visibly damaged. If you notice any damage, document it if possible at the time of delivery and inform us as soon as possible via email at info@lula.lt.
QUALITY AND WARRANTY OF GOODS
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods comply with the contract, the product description, and legal requirements.
Consumers are entitled to a statutory quality guarantee for the goods. This applies in accordance with the procedures and terms established by law.
A commercial guarantee from the manufacturer or seller, if provided, does not negate or limit the rights granted to the consumer by law.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The conditions for returns and exchanges are described in detail in separate Return and Exchange rules, which are part of these purchase rules.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, except for exceptions provided by law.
Personalized, custom-made, or clearly tailored products may not be returned, except in cases where they are of poor quality or do not meet the order.
In the case of poor quality, damaged, or incorrect goods, the provisions of consumer rights regulations apply.
BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer has the right to:
- purchase goods in accordance with these rules;
- receive clear information about the goods, price, delivery, and returns;
- withdraw from the contract in accordance with the law and these rules;
- make claims regarding poor quality goods;
- exercise other rights provided by law.
The Buyer undertakes to:
- provide accurate information;
- pay for goods and delivery;
- collect or accept the goods;
- not use the website for illegal purposes;
- keep their account login details secure, if an account has been created.
SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Seller has the right to:
- change the assortment of goods, prices, promotions, and delivery conditions without violating the conditions of already confirmed orders;
- suspend or cancel the order if the Buyer does not provide the necessary information, does not pay for the order, or violates the rules;
- restrict access to the account or website if abuse, security breaches, or illegal activities are detected;
- exercise other rights provided by law.
The Seller undertakes to:
- fulfil confirmed orders;
- provide the Buyer with clear information about the goods and the order;
- deliver the goods or arrange for their delivery;
- respect the Buyer's privacy and process data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
- respond to consumer complaints in accordance with the law.
CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some products may be made or customized individually: engraved, printed in a chosen colour, name, text, pattern, dimensions, drawing, 3D file, or other instructions provided by the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided individual information: names, dates, texts, files, dimensions, colour choices, and other individual data.
If the order has already begun production or customization, the possibilities for cancellation are assessed individually.
Customized or made-to-order products may not be returned if they are of good quality and meet the order. This does not limit the Buyer's rights if the product is of poor quality or does not meet the agreed order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The texts, photos, designs, logos, graphics, and other content presented on the website belong to the Seller or are used on legal grounds.
Without the Seller's written consent, it is prohibited to copy, distribute, use, or modify the website's content for commercial purposes, except in cases permitted by law.
If the Buyer submits individual text, file, drawing, photo, or 3D model for the production of a personalized product, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to use such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the procedures established in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these rules.
LIABILITY
The parties are liable for their failure to fulfil obligations in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller is not liable for the non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment of the order if this occurred due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer, uncollected parcels by the Buyer, the fault of third parties, or force majeure circumstances, to the extent permitted by law.
The Seller is not responsible for the content of third-party websites, even if links to such websites are provided on the site.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have questions or complaints, please first contact us via email at info@lula.lt. We will strive to find an amicable solution.
The Seller responds to the consumer's written complaint in accordance with the procedures and terms established by law.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service or use other dispute resolution measures provided by law.
These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
